S&R completed our 2 storey extension toward the end of 2022. We chose Steven and Ryan after they came to meet with us to discuss our plans and budget. We were impressed by their knowledge and the advice they gave us to help maximise our budget, avoiding unnecessary and expensive engineering work that other builders didn't notice. They were great at looking for solutions where other builders only highlighted problems or made excuses for why we had to sacrifice aspects of our plans. We particularly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate adjustments to our plans due to errors made in the initial drawings by the architect. Would highly recommend S&R Projects, we had a double storey extension built and this was done over the months of December & January so no easy feat in the freezing Scottish weather. Stevie & Ryan communicated well with us regarding time scales for materials arriving and each stage of the projects completion from the grounds works right to the roof going on. All their tradesmen for each part of the job were pleasant to have around, they were all hardworking and carried out the job to a very high standard. We are so pleased with the end result. SRecently completed a side extension with wet room for us and we are delighted with the end result. Steven & Ryan paid attention to small details which has resulted in a very high standard of finish. They were expert at finding solutions to any problems and often it resulted in a better end product. They project managed all trades on site, ensuring they were available at the right time. Steven and Ryan done a great job of kitchen and bathroom. Organising all the trades, plumbers, electrians, plasterers, tilers. All went very smoothly, nothing was a bother to the guys. They were very attentive to any specific requests and could tell they take great pride I their work. S&R Projects recently completed our rear extension creating our new open plan kitchen and living area and our new bathroom, Steven and Ryan project managed the full project with ease, reassuring and communicating with us along the way with there forward planning and problem solving. they payed attention to small details which resulted in a very high standard of finish..they where very organised hard working and took pride in there work. all of there sub contractors where very pleasant and skilled. They took on our project with an architect who we had chosen and they both discovered the drawings in which he provided weren't correct and was non responsive when Steven and Ryan had some query's for him, this resulted in us having to get new drawings which they dealt with providing us with there architect which made the process so much easier, they also pushed for our planning permission and building warrant by contacting the local council. Having my mother who stays with us who wasn't well during this period made this difficult for us but the help in which we received from them both from start to finish was amazing.
